Write to support@dlabflow.space with your lab name and a short description (screenshots help). We reply within a few working days — usually much faster.
Where do I sign in?
Every lab has its own address: your-lab.dlabflow.space. Your lab owner will tell you the lab name.
On the website, use Sign in at the top and type the lab name; in the iPhone app, type it on the first screen.
I forgot my password
Passwords are managed inside each lab. Ask your lab owner (or manager) — they can set a new password for you from Team & accounts. If you are the owner and locked out, email us from the address you registered with.
The iPhone app says there is no lab with that name
Type only the lab name — the part before .dlabflow.space — in lower-case letters, numbers and dashes
(for example nabil-lab). Check the spelling with your lab.
How do I switch to another lab in the app?
On the sign-in screen tap Switch to another lab, or swipe from the left edge of the screen to return to the lab picker.
How do I scan a case label?
In the app, tap the floating 📷 button and point the camera at the QR code on the case label or bag. In a browser, open Scan station and type the case number.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, tap My login at the bottom of the menu, then Delete my account. You confirm with your password; your name, contact details and sign-in are removed immediately. The lab owner can also remove accounts from Team & accounts. To close a whole lab, the owner emails us.
Where is my data, and is it backed up?
On servers in Frankfurt (EU), in a separate database per lab, encrypted in transit, backed up automatically every day (14 days kept). Owners can also download a backup from Settings. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Can I export or move my lab's data?
Yes — email us and we will send a complete export (database + files). Your data belongs to your lab.
Something looks wrong or is not working
Reload the page first (the app updates itself). If it persists, email us with the lab name, the page you were on, and what you expected to happen.
