Terms of Service
1. The service
DLabFlow ("the Service") is an online management system for dental laboratories: case tracking with QR labels, a portal for the lab's clinics, quotes, invoices and collections, inventory, team attendance and assistive AI features. The Service is provided by Ahmed Nabil, Cairo, Egypt ("DLabFlow", "we"). By creating a lab or signing in you agree to these terms.
2. Your lab and your accounts
- The person who creates a lab (the "Owner") must be authorised to act for that laboratory and is responsible for everything done in the lab's workspace, including by the team members and clinic accounts the Owner creates or invites.
- Keep passwords private. Each person must use their own account; the Owner can reset passwords and enable two-factor authentication from the Team page.
- You must be at least 18 and using the Service for professional purposes.
3. Your data
- Everything your lab enters or uploads (cases, patient references, files, clinic details, financial records) belongs to your lab. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that your lab and its clinics have the right to record the information they enter, including any patient details, and that they enter only what the dental work requires.
- You can export your data or ask us to close your lab at any time by emailing support@dlabflow.space.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the Service, to access another lab's workspace, or in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Not a medical device
DLabFlow organises laboratory work. It does not diagnose, prescribe or give clinical advice, and its assistive features (briefings, intake suggestions, quality hints, drafted messages) are aids that a qualified person must always check before acting on them. The dentist and the laboratory remain fully responsible for clinical and production decisions.
6. Price and availability
- During early access the Service is free. If we introduce paid plans, existing labs will be told at least 30 days in advance and will be able to export their data or continue on the terms offered then.
- We work to keep the Service available and back it up daily, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when possible. Keep your own copies of anything critical (the app has a backup export).
7. Ending the Service
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your lab at any time. We may end or change the Service with at least 30 days' notice to Owners, during which you can export your data. We may suspend a lab immediately if it seriously breaches these terms.
8. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, DLabFlow is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data caused by use of, or inability to use, the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or 1,000 EGP if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and significant changes are emailed to Owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Questions: support@dlabflow.space.
